My book MANDALAY: Recipes & Tales from a Burmese Kitchen was published this year by Bloomsbury Absolute.
This was the culmination of ten years of me writing about Burmese food, with stories about my childhood, my family and Burmese culture, as well as a comprehensive introduction to Burmese food and nearly 100 wonderful family recipes for beloved Burmese dishes.
